Michelle is a data privacy, commercial transactions and intellectual property attorney with nearly 15 years of experience advising companies on complex commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters. She is licensed in New York and holds dual IAPP certifications in U.S. and European privacy law (CIPP/US and CIPP/E).

Michelle’s practice reflects years of experience in both private practice and as an in-house lawyer at technology and media businesses. Her work encompasses structuring and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including master services agreements, SaaS and other technology agreements, data processing agreements, advertising and AdTech agreements, as well as IP and content licensing agreements. Michelle also counsels clients on comprehensive data privacy laws, developing privacy compliance programs (including privacy policies and data governance frameworks), as well as intellectual property protection and AI-related contracts and strategy.

As a former corporate tax attorney, Michelle has extensive experience counseling clients through complex, contested and constantly evolving regulatory environments—giving clear, actionable advice while the landscape is still taking shape.

Off the clock, Michelle enjoys quality time with friends and family (including her spirited dog, Teddy), hiking (usually while traveling), weightlifting and the occasional surf.
